Municipal Court

A wide variety of matters are handled in New Jersey’s municipal courts, and the majority of people that find themselves in the court system ultimately end up there. Mr. Cohen has handled countless municipal court cases including but not limited to traffic tickets like speeding or reckless driving, license suspension, minor criminal offenses like disorderly persons offense or shoplifting, and municipal ordinance violations.
